QIS was replaced by myCampus on 03.07.2023. The system will be switched off at the end of the summer semester of 2023.
In myStudy you will still find the course schedules. You can register for courses and have access to information, contact details and material for your courses.
Leuphana-Account
The Leuphana-Account is your access to a large part of the IT systems of the Media and Information Center at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. You will receive your Leuphana-Account when you enrol. More information about the Leuphana-Account and the IT systems can be found at: Leuphana's IT services (brochure) or Instructions on digital tools and services.
If you have added a mobile phone number and a confirmed email address in myCampus, then you can reset your password yourself in myAccount. Otherwise, please contact the IT tutors at it-tutor@leuphana.de.
My Degree Programme
The application „My Degree Programme“ gives you information about the degree programmes you are currently enrolled in and those you have already completed. If you do not see your completed degree programme, contact us by email stating your name, degree programme and student ID via mycampus@leuphana.de.
If you do not see a temporary average grade in the „My Degree Programme“ application in myCampus, contact us by email stating your name, degree programme and student ID via mycampus@leuphana.de.
In myCampus, the tuition fee payments are only documented from the winter semester of 2023/24 onwards (see application „Tuition fees“). In the application „My Degree Programmee“, however, the current semester is shown, e.g. the summer semester of 2023. The information for the summer semester of 2023 is not available in myCampus or rather not maintained. This gives the impression that different information is available in myCampus. The decisive factor is the display in the application „Tuition fees“.
Exams ((de-)registration, grades)
If you notice any discrepancies when checking your achievement details and exam registrations, we would like to ask you to report them to the Student Service via this form.
The following applies to college and graduate school students: If you withdraw from the first exam date yourself, you will - not - be automatically registered for the repeat date. Automatic registration only takes place if you fail the exam, do not show up/submit it, or withdraw due to a doctor's note. However, re-registration will only take place once the first date has taken place and the grades have been published. You will be automatically notified of the re-registration by email. You can deregister yourself from the second exam date in your myCampus account.
You can see this most likely in the application „My Degree Programme“ when you open the exam level (green dot) under the respective module (orange dot). Alternatively, you can search for the examiner or the title of the exam in myCampus in the „Exam Dates“ application.
If you see the note „maximum number of participants reached“ in the view „All Exams“ in myCampus and you are unable to register, please contact us by e-mail stating the title and number of the exam via mycampus@leuphana.de.
When you register for or deregister from an exam in myCampus, you will automatically receive an email from the system.
Yes, you will be informed automatically by email if there is a new grade for you in myCampus or if something has changed on your exam date.
There is currently nothing alike available in myCampus.
Transcripts
Due to the transfer of the performance data from the data structure of the old system of the provider HIS to the data structure of the new system myCampus of the provider CAMPUSonline, the course titles of completed modules can unfortunately not be printed on the transcript up to and including the summer semester 2023. At this point, we refer you to the „transcript of study“ in myStudy. All modules completed from the winter semester 2023/24 onwards are not affected by this.
Tuition fees
The application „Tuition fee status“ in myCampus contains information for the tuition fee from the winter semester of 2023/24 onwards. The application „My Degree programme“ displays the tuition fee status for the current semester. Please ignore the information for now regarding the summer semester 2023, as myCampus does not have this information.
Yes, information in this regard will continue to be sent by email.
Thesis
The registration of the thesis takes place via a form for the application for admission in the Student Service. If the application is approved, you will see your registered thesis in the application „My Achievements“ and, from the winter semester of 2023/24 onwards, also in the application „Theses“.
You will be able to submit Bachelor's and Master's theses digitally in myCampus from the winter semester of 2023/24 onwards. In the future, this will also be used for the dissertation.
You can submit your thesis digitally in myCampus from the winter semester of 2023/24 onwards. This does not apply to other exams, such as papers, etc.
Yes, both are necessary.
A plagiarism check is carried out at the discretion of the examiner and is usually carried out in the case of concrete suspicion. Nonetheless suitable plagiarism detection software can be used irrespective of suspicions and without the consent of the students to be examined.
Address and contact details
Add your private email address in your business card in the field „Edit“ confirmed email address and verify it, so that you can reset the password for your Leuphana-Account yourself, should you forget it. In addition, you are required to enter your mobile phone number in the „Current/Home Address“ application.
It is important that the specified format with the country code (e.g. +49 for Germany) and the phone number is adhered to and that the entered number can also receive text messages. Only then will you be able to reset the password for your Leuphana account yourself, should you forget it. In addition, it is required that you enter your private email address in the confirmed email address field of the business card.
Application (consecutive Master's degree, change of major/minor, change of subject in the teaching profession)
