If you have successfully registered your thesis, it will appear in myCampus not only in the application "My Achievements", but also in the application „Theses“.

Once you have completed your thesis, you can upload it here as a PDF document and submit it digitally. To do so, click on the title.

You will see a detailed overview of your thesis. Go to the „Operations“ tab and click on „Edit“. For submitting the Checklist for submitting the thesis.

The checklist shows you which steps have already been completed by the time you submit your thesis (green dots) and which still need to be completed (red dots).

If not already entered, enter the supervising organisation and your study programme. Also enter the supervisor and the assessor.

In the ‘Title, abstract, language version’ step, it is sufficient to repeat the title of your thesis; something must be entered so that the step can be recognised as complete.

The declaration of consent must be approved via the ‘Consent’ button.

In the ‘Documents’ step, you must upload the full text and also an anonymised version for the purpose of checking for plagiarism.

Once all the data below the checklist has been entered and the thesis has been uploaded as a PDF file, you can scroll back to the top of the page to get to the checklist and finish the process by clicking on the ‘Complete’ button.

Your thesis is now submitted. Once you have clicked the ‘Complete’ button, you can no longer make any changes.
