All users have a personal calendar in myCampus.

Your assessment dates for which you are registered as an examiner or as a student are automatically entered in this calendar.

Furthermore, you can add your own appointments and appointment series via the button „New Personal Appointment“.

Through the button „Scheduling Conflicts“, you can identify overlapping appointments. They are displayed in a list in a separate window and can be exported as an Excel file.

You can personalise the calendar by clicking on the „Settings“ button. You can adjust the calendar view using the functions in the line directly above the calendar grid (graphical or listed; day, week or month; etc.).

Your personal calendar can be used in various ways: directly in myCampus, as a printout („Print“ button), as an Excel file („Export“ button) or also via iCal for integration in your electronic calendar. You have two options for the latter:

• Generate an iCal address via the button „Publish“, which you integrate into your calendar program. The export is dynamic, i.e. changes in the myCampus calendar are automatically updated in your program.
• Click on the „Export“ button and select „Download as ICS (iCalendar)“ to generate an iCal file that you import into your calendar program. The export is static, i.e. the appointments from your myCampus calendar are taken over at the time of the export. An automatic update in your calendar program in case of changes in myCampus does not take place.
