Dear students,

starting on May 16, 2023 until probably July 2023, the replacement of the QIS system by myCampus will take place. During the replacement, your previous performance data (e.g. grades) will be migrated to the new system. We assume that we will be able to transfer all data completely, but in individual cases it is possible that there may be incorrect entries or assignments. Therefore, in addition to our quality control, we ask you to download a current transcript from QIS by 14.05.2023 at the latest and to match it with the data displayed there after our request when the new myCampus system is released.

We will show you how to match this after the introduction of myCampus in training sessions that we will offer at the end of June / beginning of July. Please don't worry that your data will not be lost during the migration, we have data backups and archive concepts so that we can restore the correct data situation in case of discrepancies.

EXAM REGISTRATION AND DEREGISTRATION

You can register and deregister for exams in QIS up to and including 15.05.2023. From 16.05.2023 until the introduction of myCampus probably in mid/end June 2023, you can only deregister from exams that take place between 16.05.2023 and 30.06.2023 using the following form:

The form must be submitted to student services. As a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that examiners or other university institutions are not authorized to accept cancellations of examinations. 

You can deregister from examinations that take place after 30.06.2023 in myCampus.
