Evaluation of theses (new since DD.MM.YYYY)

Click path: myCampus Home > My supervised theses

Using the „My supervised theses“ application, you can:

  1. download the thesis
  2. enter the grade
  3. upload your review, and
  4. complete the review.

1. Download your thesis

  • If you require an anonymized version, please contact Student Services (studierendenservice@leuphana.de).
  • Depending on your browser settings, the file will be saved in your download folder.
  • If the download does not start, please check whether a pop-up blocker is activated and deactivate it if necessary.

2. Enter grades

Note on grade publication
Entering the grade does not constitute direct publication. The grades entered are first validated and published by Student Services. This means:

  • The grade for the written paper can be entered before the oral examination.
  • Only when both the written paper and the oral examination have been assessed will the grades be published together.
  • Your review is not visible to students.
  • The review can be updated again after the oral examination if necessary.

The thesis remains in the “To be examined” tab until Student Services has validated the grade.

  • The left sidebar may be collapsed. You can use the arrow below to display it again.

Archiving

Once the examination process has been completed, the version of the thesis with your comments will be archived in accordance with the following instructions:
