 First open the application "My supervised assessments". You will land in an overview of your assessment dates called "list of exams/assessment".  Here you have the option of contacting the registered students of several assessment dates at once. To do this, select the respective assessment dates using the checkbox on the left-hand side of the table. Then click on the tab "Operations (for selected exams)" and select "Inform Students by Email". First open the application "My supervised assessments".
