The business card in myCampus

If you would like to complete, change or add information to your contact details in myCampus, first call up your business card via the selection menu under your username. Then, click on „Select“ in the top left-hand corner and open „Edit“. Enter your contact details and additional information, upload a profile and/or background picture, if desired, and confirm with „Save“. If you do not want to make any changes, click on „Cancel“. You will then return to your business card.

Important note for administrative staff in Student Service: For Student Service administrative staff, the business card is the place where your contact information is stored in the system. Only if you properly maintain your business card your contact information can be printed on the documents you create in the system!

Important note for examiners: For examiners, the business card is the place where your contact details are stored in the system. Only if you properly maintain your business card important information can be forwarded to you promptly by Student Service. Your business card is also visible to students.

Important note for students: The maintenance of your business card is optional. Please only enter information that you would like to be visible to administrative staff and examiners.
