myCampus has a self-service for students to print out study certificates and transcripts. In these applications, study-relevant certificates and forms or transcripts relevant to examinations are listed in tabular form and can be downloaded and/or printed independently at any time. For certain documents, the semester, language or degree programme must be selected before the document is created in PDF form by pressing the „Print“ button.
If the document does not open, check your browser pop-up blocker or use a different browser.
Print study certificates
Click path: Enrolment receipts
You can print documents, such as the certificate of enrolment or the certificate of progress of studies, which confirm your studies at Leuphana University of Lüneburg at any time in the application „Enrolment receipts“. To do so, click on „Print“ in the line of the document you would like to retrieve.
The certificate of enrolment is semester-bound and can be created for each semester for which you are enrolled at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Before printing, select the relevant semester from the drop-down menu in the column „Semester“. The same applies to the language.
Print Transcripts
Click path: Transcripts
In the application „Transcripts“ you can print out the evidence of your academic achievements.
There are three different documents:
Transcript of Records (passed and failed achievements)
Transcript of Records (only passed achievements)
Transcript of Records (passed, failed and registered achievements)
If you are pursuing a Double or multiple degree, you can select the degree programme for which you wish to call up a transcript of records. Depending on the selection of the degree programme, you will either be shown all achievements from the major/minor/teaching subject combinations or only those from the major, minor or teaching subject.
You can tell which achievements are involved by the designation in the „Study“ column. Alternatively, pay attention to the study ID, e.g.:
To call up a transcript, click on the printer symbol in the respective table row and column.
In addition, you will find a tabular list of your examination results including credits.
