======FAQ for applicants====== =====Registration and login===== ++++I cannot register.| There are several reasons why a registration is not possible: * You have an active Leuphana-Account with which you can log in to myCampus to access the application "My Applications". * You have already registered as an applicant in myCampus. Please use your existing applicant account. * You have already been enrolled at Leuphana in the past but do not have an active Leuphana-Account. Please contact us with your first and last name and your student number at [[mycampus@leuphana.de]] ++++ ++++ I have a Leuphana-Account, but it will expire during the application period. Should I register as an applicant in myCampus?| Please register as an applicant in myCampus. If you receive an email stating that a fully automatic registration is not possible in your case, please forward the message with your first and last name and your student number to [[mycampus@leuphana.de]]. ++++ ++++ I cannot log in.| Please use the login for applicants and guests below Leuphana-Account login. Your username is your account number or your email address. You determined the password yourself during registration.++++ ++++ I have forgotten the password for my applicant account.| Reset your password on your own using the link on the [[https://mycampus.leuphana.de/co/ee/ui/ca2/app/desktop/#/login?$ctx=lang=en|myCampus login page]] to log back into myCampus.++++ ++++ I have forgotten the user name of my applicant account.| First try to enter your email address as your user name. If this does not work, reset your password via the link on the [[https://mycampus.leuphana.de/co/ee/ui/ca2/app/desktop/#/login?$ctx=lang=en|myCampus login page]]. Your user name will be displayed there again.++++ ===== Application ===== ++++ I cannot submit my application.| Before you can submit your application, you must agree to the declarations below the summary of your application via the checkbox. If it still does not work, exit the application mask and open your application again to submit it.++++ ++++ I would like to add something later on| You can submit required documents within the deadlines in myCampus. To do so, open the application "My Applications" and click on "View application status" in the "Operations" column. In the section "Documents to be submitted" you can use the arrows to expand the details of the listed documents and upload your document in order to submit it subsequently.++++ ++++ I made a mistake with my information.| You can correct your details yourself by going back to the relevant page in the application. Unless, * You have already been to the end of the application in the summary of your application, * You have already submitted your application, * You are or have already been enrolled at Leuphana and we have linked your registration for the application with the student data we have on you. Then please contact us stating your first and last name and the degree programme you are applying for at [[mycampus@leuphana.de]].++++ ++++ I want to withdraw my application, but the button "Withdraw application" in the status view of my application does not work.| You can no longer withdraw your application independently once we have already started processing your application. Send us your express wish to withdraw your application stating your first and last name and the degree programme you have applied for to [[mycampus@leuphana.de]].++++ ++++ I would like to apply again.| If you already have an application account (not a "Leuphana account") from the previous year, you can reactivate it by resetting your password. You can do this yourself via the link "Forgot your password? Reset your password here" on the [[https://mycampus.leuphana.de/co/ee/ui/ca2/app/desktop/#/login?$ctx=lang=en|myCampus login page]].++++ ===== Application status ===== ++++ Where can I find the status of my application?| You can view the status of your application in the "My Applications" application in myCampus. Click on "View application status" in the "Operations" column to find out more details. Please note that the status of the individual items can change at any time and only the official letter will contain the final status.++++ ++++ The status of my application is orange. What does that mean?| This means that your application has been received and is being processed.++++ ++++ The status of my application is "in preparation". What does that mean?| This means that you have started your application but have not yet submitted it.++++ =====uni-assist===== ++++ I applied via uni-assist and my documents are not complete in myCampus.| Please be assured that we have all the documents you have submitted via uni-assist. We collect the documents under the item "uni-assist documents". You can see this in the status of your application in myCampus.++++ ++++ I have applied via uni-assist and the information on my person (e.g. date of birth, nationality) and/or my studies (e.g. degree programme according to statistics) is not correct in myCampus.| If you notice that information about yourself or your degree programme in myCampus differs from the information you provided to uni-assist, please contact us with your first and last name, your application number and the corrected information at [[mycampus@leuphana.de]].++++
